The left side of this front porch had sunk three inches and although it had since been sured-up, it required some leveling before anything further could be done to it. We did a leveling coat to resolve the 3 inch difference between the middle and left side of the patio, and tile veneers were installed. These ¾ inch veneers provide an elegant look all the while protecting and ensuring the slab underneath will see very little if any water penetration, lengthening it’s life now that it’s level.

This back yard in Broomfield had minimal space on the deck to entertain and relax. The functional space increased dramatically after we installed a modern stone deck and patio with gas fire table at this location. This backyard in Louisville had been torn up by the homeowners’ dogs and the deck was falling apart. We installed a full outdoor living setup including dining, lounging, and entertaining areas. We installed a Belgard paver patio and walkway with surrounding river rock hardscape at this location in Erie. The homeowners will now be able to enjoy their stunning views looking west when sitting and grilling out on their new patio.

This Denver yard was in desperate need of a makeover when we started work. We elevated the grade of the yard and installed modern Belgard paver walls, lighting, and a traditional flagstone walkway to the front door. The curb appeal has greatly improved.
